Civilian Protection in Ukraine

The Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine has reduced neighbourhoods to rubble forever changing the lives of those who lived there. Every day, civilians near the front lines are forced to flee their homes as safety risks increase. The scale of the emergency needs led to establishment of HAVEN, a network of hashtag#humanitarian protection orgs operating in conflict-affected Ukraine. The consortium brings together five international and local organisations: Nonviolent Peaceforce, Geneva Call , Acted (with IMPACT Initiatives ), Center for Civilians in Conflict and Relief Coordination Centre. Together, we contribute toward a shared mission: protecting civilians affected by the conflict in hashtag#Ukraine.
